All sales are final and not subject to a refund.
In order to exchange your purchase, you need to do so within 30 days of purchase. The product must be received by us in the same condition that you received it in. Original tags, box, unworn, undamaged and able to be resold.
After we receive your item, we will inspect the item(s) and process an exchange if the item is in resellable condition.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded or changed for ANY REASON!

We are NOT responsible if you enter the incorrect address at checkout!

If your order is returned back to us you will receive a refund for the merchandise ONLY! Shipping was already paid for when the order was shipped out! This includes if YOU accidentally put the wrong address, forgot your apartment number or was not home to receive the package !!!

If there is an issue with your order you have 24 hours from the time it was delivered to reach out with picture proof and your order number.

If your order was marked DELIVERED according to the tracking, and you did not receive please contact your local post office or ask your mailman.

We are NOT responsible for stolen or missing packages.
